Even when it's hard, it's good to figure out new things about your self and your past self to figure out where you are going and what makes you get there. <br /><br />I hate that you had to suffer at the hands of this abuse, but that past led you to this present and made you this compassionate fighter, a rare but awesome combo. I love you. Before you go to bed reflect on the things about the day that made you strong rather than those which made you feel weak. In all this struggle, goal reaching, there is a substantial amount of strength. Tap into that. Feel powerful because of it. And also remember, in our weaknesses, that is where some of the good stuff is. That is how and why we relate to others, help others, give more of ourselves. Think about some weaknesses of others that you love. Out of that vulnerability is where you can really find love.
